You’ll need to find these attachments before you can apply them to a weapon. In the top-left corner of the screen, you can also see available upgrades or attachments that can be applied to a weapon, such as adding a laser sight or scope. Upgrades cost crafting parts, which you can find or buy throughout the game.

You will be taken to a screen where you can upgrade the weapon’s damage output, ammo capacity and rate of fire. To customize or upgrade a weapon, select it in the inventory, then select Customize. You can customize and upgrade your weapons in a variety of ways. When you’re ready to throw the grenade, release the G key. If you have a grenade equipped, press and hold the G key and move the mouse to aim your throw the grenade’s arc will be shown on screen. For a more accurate shot, you can aim down your sights by holding down the Right Mouse button. With a weapon equipped, left-click to fire.

Reloading the save will also reset the augmentation and give you your praxis kits back. IMPORTANT: Make a backup save before buying the aug and going in there! You can farm all other combat trophies in the same spot. If you experience any issues, make sure the enemies are on alert and attacking you. Do not shoot on the ground or at another object, hit the enemy directly. Hitting an enemy directly will make the nanoblade explode on impact. Turn on Focus Enhancement (slows down time), immediately aim your nanoblade and shoot it into an enemy (legs or upper body). There are many enemies close together in the casino. You must fully upgrade the augmentations “Nanoblade” & “Focus Enhancement”. Either do it during this side mission or return later after completing it (enemies will still be there). You actually go there during “Side Mission 4: The Calibrator”. I did it in a russian underground casino. Combat trophies work only on enemies (not civilians or policemen). 
You can do this anytime after the third main mission (where you fix your augmentations).
